Welcoming visitors for six days, the Budapest Art Week seeks to collect and represent the city’s colourful, varied art scene. As it allows visitors to get close to visual art, you will realize that you can not only understand the works, but feel them as well.
For the first time, the rich programme of 2020 also includes music and cinema. On the third day, the Hungarian National Gallery welcomes the youngest exhibition-goers with Look, Ma!, a playful guided tour for young mothers and fathers. Ybl Buda Creative House takes a look at the function of music, noise, images and light in contemporary visual art. The film programme offers a thought-provoking, witty and humorous documentary that takes a look at life behind the scenes of Vienna’s Museum of Fine Arts.

This event of the Budapest Spring Festival is jointly presented by Budapest Festival and Tourism Centre and Budapest Art Week.
